This is a 12-Week Program designed to get you ready for Spring Half-Marathon Season. For $120 you will get a personalized training plan tailored to your skills and goals, weekly check-ins and a facilitated Sunday Long run. Not into running half-marathons? You can still participate. RACE DAY SPIN CLASSES
the last Sunday of every month from 11:00 to Noon

Haven't heard of this? It's a 60 minute Spin class designed to push you physically and psychologically - it's supposed to test your limits. Since we use heart rate monitors at our studio, be prepared to ride at 80% and above max heart rate the entire time. It's not for the faint of heart. But, it is a great way to test your fitness.

Time? 11:00 - Noon
Cost? FREE to become fit members, $15 for non-members

We offer Student Membership rates. Show us proof that you are registered at least half-time as a student. Then you have 2 options: for $50/month you are eligible for Unlimited Spinning and Sports Yoga classes. For $75/month you are eligible for Unlimited Spinning, Sports Yoga, Boot Camp and CrossFit classes.
