Leah, Master Instructor



As owner and director of become fit, Leah is able to put into practice her in-depth experience and education surrounding health and wellness. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS and MS in Nutritional Sciences. She then returned to graduate school at Colorado State University and completed her Masters in Social Work and went on to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has over 20 years of experience in Nutrition with a unique niche in behavior modification/lifestyle change: a true mind-body approach to becoming fit and healthy.

Lacey



Lacey is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who is loving her career in fitness that began in 2007. She believes a workout should be challenging and hard, but more importantly, FUN! Something you're glad is over but can’t wait to do again. Lacey loves helping people feel good about themselves, making them laugh and reach their desired goals. Her clients and friends say her drive and energy is contagious. Considering her fascination with all of the exercise shows on television she watched growing up in the 80’s, it’s no surprise she has found her passion in this industry! She hopes one day to replace Gilad’s fitness show in Hawaii!

Kristina

Drew



Drew is a CrossFit level 1 trainer and also CrossFit Endurance certified. He is currently working on his ACSM Personal Training Certification. He is from Philadelphia, PA and moved out to Fort Collins to finish his degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Has always had a passion for fitness and is always continuing to find new ways to improve and gain a greater understanding of health and wellness. He is excited about helping clients reach their goals and becoming part of the amazing BecomFit team.


Sheryl



Sheryl has a strong belief in fitness as the foundation for a successful life. Competitive at the collegiate level in track and fencing, she received her Masters in Public Administration but continued to pursue her lifelong education in fitness and health. Like many of our clients, Sheryl has faced the challenges of changing her nutrition and wellness program to accommodate growing older, injuries, and life in general. Her athletic endeavors include backcountry and downhill skiing, hiking, fly fishing, running and weight training. She enjoys helping clients reach their personal fitness and health goals with humor and enthusiasm and a lot of hard work! She brings her fun and enthusiasm to become fit! Sheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a Level 1 CrossFit Certified Instructor.

Kristina

Ryan

As a highly trained, results oriented, and enthusiastic fitness professional, Ryan has the ability to facilitate a positive and constructive training experience. With a CrossFit Level 1 certification, and being Mobility instruction certified with a basic understanding of simple and complex body movements Ryan has a versatile approach to effective training. As a trainer and competitor Ryan is well versed in CrossFit methodologies, has a strong background in overall fitness, and is eager to help you achieve your fitness goals of any proportion.

Kelsey

Kelsey is a Colorado native and has been enjoying all that the state has to offer her entire life. She stays active by hiking, snowshoeing, running and backpacking. She believes that staying active is important for both the body and the mind. Kelsey is working towards her ACSM Personal Training Certification.

Brian


Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach. He hails from right here in Fort Collins and grew up playing any sport he could find,from baseball and soccer, to rugby and road cycling. He attends CSU, where he's pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business.

Brian is constantly looking for new and interesting methods of changing the lives of his clients through exercise and nutrition, and takes great pride in helping them reach any goal they can dream of.

Brian brings to BecomeFit a great enthusiasm for enabling people of all ages, shapes, and sizes to realize their own limitless capabilities, while always encouraging them to push themselves just that little bit further.


Liz


Liz, a Colorado native, has been active her entire life. She played soccer in college as well as couple of years of semi-pro soccer after she graduated. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology with a minor in Coaching. She is a certified personal trainer and has experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach. Liz completed an extensive 6 month course at the National Personal Training Institute of Charlotte. After 500 hours of classroom time, she received a Diploma in Personal Training and a Certificate in Nutrition. For fun, she loves running and has completed numerous races at all distances from 5K to marathons. Liz is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and would love to help you achieve yours.


Cristian


Cristian is a Spinning Level 2 certified instructor. He grew up in the Charleston, SC area before embarking on a career in the military. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he completed the Master Fitness Trainers course along with winning a Brigade Wrestling Championship and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. As an active duty officer in the US Army since 2003, he has been mentoring, leading, and training Soldiers to achieve and maintain a high level of physical fitness. He is currently attending CSU and will earn his graduate degree in Environmental Engineering in May.

Cristian has a diverse fitness background that includes training in boxing, Brazilian jiu-jit-su, wrestling, and distance running. He has completed a multitude of military schools and military endurance events during his career. He is a highly dedicated and motivated instructor who looks forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals.


Alex

Alex is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys bringing energy to workouts. He believes no workout should be repititive or boring and helps find a new level of excellence athletes were unsure they posessed. After several years of Crossfit experience in New England throughout high school, he decided to become a student of the sport of exercise and is now a Crossfit level I certificate holder and is currently working on his ACSM personal trainer certification. With good form, a strong work ethic, and determination Alex will work to motivate you through new experiences in the gym along with tough workouts. Alex is currently attending CSU and studying health and exercise science and plans on going to graduate school to get a degree in health profession.


Randi


Randi started teaching fitness classes in 2007 part time and fell in love with the field she has made it her full-time job. She holds Group Fitness Certifications in the following disciplines: spinning, yoga, zumba, kickboxing, step aerobics and weight lifting. Randi is also a Certified Personal Trainer with AAAII. Her enthusiasm is contagious.


Adrienne


A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Adrienne is a Certified Yoga instructor and currently teaches Restorative and all Sports Yoga sequences at Become Fit FC. In addition, her training and experience also includes understanding and teaching in Bikram and Vinyassa. She is an advocate for the benefits of yoga for both physical and overall well-being, and places an emphasis on the importance of alignment as well as the use of breath during practice.

Adrienne believes that Yoga is a lifestyle that at its simplest includes discipline, patience and an appreciation for life in
the present. Incorporating yoga into your everyday routine will not only transform the form and function of the body, but your perspective of how you are connected to the community around you.

Adrienne received a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, and is also a certified Radiologic Technologist.


Russell


CrossFit Level 1 trainer Russell loves to stay active and believes a healthy lifestyle is a happy one. He believes 100% in functional movement. His love for CrossFit started 2 years ago and he quickly made the transition to helping others reach their goals and get fit. He has been active all his life and continues to pursue activities outside of the gym as well. Russell’s CrossFit and functional movements translate to his hobbies that include mountain biking, BMX and dancing. He wants to help YOU reach your goals and have fun doing it.
