After studying Health Promotion through the College of Applied Human Sciences at Colorado State University and graduating with a degree in Health and Exercise Science, Jessi is highly qualified for her positions as Program Coordinator, Master Instructor, and Personal Trainer at become fit. In association with her Degree, Jessi also holds her Personal Training Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Growing up as a competitive athlete, Jessi has acquired years of experience in the exercise field. Her skill sets are complemented by a wide variety of knowledge ranging anywhere from lifestyle coaching, to wellness program coordinating and implementation, to exercise physiology. Jessi has a passion for helping people discover their own inner strength and looks forward to each and every opportunity to help someone else discover the amazing benefits that a healthy lifestyle has to offer.

Paige has been an avid athlete an nutrition devotee since her early years of training as a competitive swimmer and now as an outdoor cycling enthusiast in Colorado. Formerly a Pennsylvania native, Paige is pursuing her passion for fitness and and health as a Sports Medicine major and Nutrition minor at Colorado State University. Paige is eager to promote the opportunity and potential for everyone in both Spinning and Sports Yoga. She strongly attests that there is nothing in life that is superior to your health and mind and there will never come a better time to change than right now. Just believe! Paige is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

Michele is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise), a Lifestyle Fitness Coach, certified Yoga Instructor and most recently a certified Spinning Instructor. Michele strives to help clients towards their fitness related goals while keeping them motivated, learning new techniques and having fun! She also feels that fitness should be open and welcoming for everyone – youth to seniors, men and women, thin and overweight. We are excited to have your join our team!

Sheryl has a strong belief in fitness as the foundation for a successful life. Competitive at the collegiate level in track and fencing, she received her Masters in Public Administration but continued to pursue her lifelong education in fitness and health. Like many of our clients, Sheryl has faced the challenges of changing her nutrition and wellness program to accommodate growing older, injuries, and life in general. Her athletic endeavors include backcountry and downhill skiing, hiking, fly fishing, running and weight training. She enjoys helping clients reach their personal fitness and health goals with humor and enthusiasm and a lot of hard work! She brings her fun and enthusiasm to become fit! Sheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer
through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Gandhi once stated that "Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will." Well, fresh to Colorado from Virginia, Kate has an indomitable will to progress her career goals and help you achieve your goals in fitness and wellness! Her passion lies in the Health and Fitness fields after an abrupt change in her health directed her away from her pre-veterinary studies. She currently possesses Spinning, group fitness and numerous Yoga certifications, is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is pursuing her ACSM Personal Training
and 200-RYT certifications.

After taking a little while to settle into the area, she plans to finish her undergraduate degree in Health Promotions with minors in nutrition and psychology, potentially pursue a masters and eventually open up a wellness studio of her own! Kate embraces a unique attitude towards health, fitness and personal growth and has a passion for
helping you find your inner-strength to keep progressing. She closely works with you to find a fitness and wellness path that is unique to you
interests, goals, injuries and health limitations so that you may actually
come to enjoy yourself amidst the challenges life throws your way.
