Sarah, originally a Floridian, has decided to give up her professional-nomad status and make Fort Collins her home. Sarah graduated from Florida Tech with a BA in Psychology while playing four years of NCAA Division II basketball and was recently inducted into the school's Sports Hall of Fame for their team's successes during the 2001-2002 season. Following her undergraduate studies she took a year to complete 1700 hours of community service with AmeriCorps*NCCC (yeah Red 5!). Sarah received her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Southern Arkansas University while working for the women’s basketball team as a graduate assistant. Sarah then became a personal trainer and sports performance coach which took her to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois. She is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as TRX certified. Sarah was selected as one of forty women to be featured in Northern Colorado's Mind + Body Magazine's 2014 Super Woman project. Sarah has recently been coerced into competing in 2 half Ironman's, a few road marathons, the 25 mile Quad Rock Trail Run, and the 134 mile West Elk Classic Bicycle ride. Living a balanced, healthy lifestyle has always been a goal and she believes striving for a healthy mind and body is a key to success!
